Went to the all Mopar show in Woodley Park Van Nuys, CA a few weeks ago. Among the Super Bees, Challengers, Chargers and 300s were a few unexpected “collector” cars.
Several people seem to still be trying to convince everybody the PT Cruiser is a cool car. It isn’t, and it will never be.
But the real surprise is that Malaise Era K cars seem to be catching on with the collectors. There were too many of them there for it hipsters liking them ironically.
So what do you go with? Dodge 600 convertible? Fake wood T & C Wagon? Or my personal favorite the fake wood convertible coupe with turbo of course. And of course most of that will buff right out.
