You’ve Heard of the Elephant Graveyard? Found the Ranchero Junkyard
So I had to go out to Rialto to pick up a limited slip diff for the 24 Hours of Lemons car, so I stopped at the Ecology Auto Wrecking out there.
It’s not unusual to spot a late 70s last generation Ford Ranchero in a Southern California yard, but here was a first generation 1958.
How about this 2nd generation Falcon based truck?
They skip the middle generations, but the last 2 are represented including the rare last of the breed from 1979.
Now I have to keep my eyes peeled out there for the ultra-rare and collectible Ford Futura based Durango from 1980.
