Lowrider Breakfast Cruise In – August 27, 2017 – Petersen Museum

In conjunction with the High Art of Riding Low exhibit downstairs at the Petersen, their monthly breakfast meet was dedicated to lowriders as well. Hundreds of people and about 100 cars showed up to enjoy some coffee and bagels on the upper deck of the museum parking garage. Perhaps the oddest duck there was my friend Marc’s Citroen, which features the ability to factory lowride, via its adjustable hydraulic suspension. Here is a smattering of pictures I took, though I went more to just spectate than to photograph. It is hard to not snap pictures of lowrider though when you see them, they have some of the best candy colored paint anywhere.
